Puahahahaha. Guess whut, tonight, I'm a chef. Ok not that 5star hotel punya chef :3 Being a chef is my another dream. Today, I'm baking a 'peach cobbler'. *I dont know is it consider sebagai baking or cooking* *sigh* I wonder if you guys pernah dengar or makan. Its kinda tasty. Soo much (!) Actually, peach cobbler is just like a cake or a... I dont know. This luscious peach cobbler is delicious served either straight from the oven or chilled with a dollop of whipped cream. This peach cobbler is a popular one with many busy families. I love it because dekat atas dia ada cinnamon. :3 Mwehehehe. So, here is the result, yeah, the one that I cook. It may not look like so F-ing tasty eventhough benda alah nie sedap, yeah, dont judge a book by its cover (: Not a picture that I take from uncle Google. Its mine~ Bytheway, I also put the recipe at the bottom, so you guys can try made it yourself. (: Check it out :

Recipe :

  • 275g butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup tepung gandum
  • 2 teaspoons soda bikarbonat
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (Not neccesery)
  • 1 tin peaches, peeled, pitted, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (*You can put as many as you want)
  • 3 tablespoons gula kasar

Heat oven to 375°.
Pour melted butter into a 2-quart baking dish (11x7 or 8-inch square).
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of the sugar, the flour, baking powder ; stir to blend. Stir in the milk and vanilla until blended. Pour the batter over the melted butter. Toss the peaches with the remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Arrange the peach slices over the batter. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. The top will be browned and the cake will begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
Serve warm with a little heavy cream, whipped topping, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
The End
So, that is the recipe. Its easy. Ok, happy trying and have a nice day~ :3
